SHIPPING POLICY

Dunlaing Watches ships from the United Kingdom. All prices are listed in GBP and exclude VAT, customs duties, or other taxes.

Where VAT is applicable, it will be applied once items are added to cart and destination address is updated and accurate.

Shipping Costs

• Free Worldwide Shipping is available on all orders over £95.

• For orders below £95, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties

UK customers will have VAT (20%) calculated and charged at checkout.

For EU customers, Delivery Duty Prepaid (DDP) is applied, which generally covers VAT or sales tax for your respective country. However, in some cases, additional duties may still apply upon delivery.

For international customers outside the EU, customs charges, including VAT, import duties, or sales taxes, are not included in the order total and may be required upon delivery. Processing Times

Orders typically take 2 to 5 working days to process before being shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, and due to using various vendors and services, we estimate shipping times as follows:

• UK: 3-4 working days

• Europe: 4-7 working days

• Worldwide: 7-10 working days

All deliveries are fully tracked and will require a signature upon receipt.

Delivery Services

Dunlaing Watches uses a variety of shipping providers, including Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, and other trusted services as deemed appropriate. Please note:

• Tracked & Signed services cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Pack Stations due to signature requirements. This restriction does not apply to deliveries to Africa or the Middle East.

Restricted Shipping Locations

We are unable to ship to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine, and Zimbabwe.

Important Notes

We recommend inspecting your watch upon receipt. Watches may be tried on for size but must remain in brand-new condition to be eligible for returns. This includes:

• The product must be unaltered and unused (bracelets must not be resized, and straps must not be worn).

• Protective plastics or stickers must remain intact (if applicable).

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dunlaing Watch. If you are not, you can return or exchange your product within 14 days of delivery. Please review our return requirements below and contact us at info@dunlaing.co.uk or use our Contact Us page to initiate a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The product must be in brand-new condition.

• The product must be unaltered and unused (bracelets must not be resized, and straps must not be worn).

• Any protective plastics or stickers must remain intact (if applicable).

INSPECTION

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected. If the item does not meet the conditions stated above, the return will not be accepted, and the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

RETURN SHIPPING

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will not be included.

• Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

REFUNDS POLICY

Once a return is inspected and accepted, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any original shipping costs paid.
